GENERAL

Involver Interface Engineers work with both the custom services and platform sides of our product. On any given day you might convert a PSD template to a static HTML structure to hand-off to developers for back-end coding. The next day you might implement a new feature-set in the settings experience for 5 of our self-serve Facebook applications. Opportunities to work within multiple environments and on vastly differing projects keeps this role dynamic & educational.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge & Experience

• Developing interfaces within 3rd party sites
• Developing Facebook interfaces
• Developing extensible HTML/CSS templates
• Experience with JS frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, etc...)
• Experience with FBML/FBJS
• Extensive experience as a Facebook user
• Mobile html/css development experience
• Experience working in a source control system like Subversion or Git

2. Skills & Abilities

• Expert in HTML, CSS, and Browser Compatibility issues
• Expert at PSD => HTML conversion
• Proficient in Photoshop or Illustrator
• Able to maintain a pixel-perfect standard of quality for interface implementations
• Intermediate or better skills with Javascript

3. Education

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field
